I like the composition with the dog low on the picture plane and standing in such an animated stance.
Your proportions look good, and you did a really good job of capturing the lines and character of the subject...without any lines.
You have a good range of values here. And great crosshatching technique on display here to show the planes and contours of the body.
It's a great piece of work! :clap:

I like the technique too, all these little broken lines which form the dog, the room and the shadows ...
