I am intrigued by this picture so I would like to offer a few word of critque. I see this photo and I am reminded so often of the times I have been hiking or driving and I see a scene that is georgous but i cant seem to capture it on my camera. I look at this picture and I see no real subject, I see big trees , little trees, trees in the front, bright light in the rear and some light beams streaking across the frame but no one thing catches my attendtion. The lines of the trees don't really point to anything, even the light beams don't point to anything. And that is a challenge of timing and thinking. This is the difference between a snapshot and a well thought out piece of art. Ansel Adams used to pre-visualize a scene in his head. A careful survey of the area could find maybe find something in the scene to keep our attention. Maybe something I just rambled off might help you or make you think. Your picture does make me want to visit this place and take a stroll and that is a good thing. Thanks for sharing your photo with us.
